DERMEO manages a fast, efficient after sales service that is available on-line. We also offer a hotline, workshop repairs, an inventory of spare parts including our EASYLAMP, the water cooled lamp cartridge which is directly interchangeable by the operator making DERMEO systems quick and easy to use.
Our software is loaded onto the SD memory card, allowing simplified updates, profitability reviews, patient profiles can be retrieved and analyzed and user profiles can be managed. Log viewer software is also available which enables you to view historical events and provides simplified maintenance.
